WAKE UP
I’ve started this for two reasons.
One, meditation and waking up early are two extremely simple habits which can deeply change how you direct your focus and manage your energy through-out the day.
Two, it seems we are more likely to maintain good habits when we do them with other people.
So let’s start a practice together of waking up early for a simple 20 minute meditation every day :)
Instructions
If possible, avoid coffee/tea/etc, and your phone, beforehand.
Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes.
Find something you would be comfortable sitting on for 25 minutes.
Meditation will begin at 5:55 every morning at the tone of the bell. Afterwards, you will be free to continue your personal morning ritual feeling focused and awake.

Further recommendations
It’s best if you try and get to sleep at a decent time in order to get 8 hours of rest.
After our meditation, throw in a workout or another healthy activity you’d like to add to your morning ritual. The point is to infuse a solid foundation into your morning so you can step into your daily activities with better focus, a deeper mindfulness and a strengthened sense of discipline.
